Municipal Transit Data Integration
Standardized municipal transit data across Puerto Rico through GTFS development, GIS mapping, and centralized data management to support statewide transportation planning.
GTFS Management
Provides ongoing management and optimization of PRITA's GTFS data to ensure accurate, reliable, and continuously updated transit information.
North Corridor Analysis
Supported the design of transportation policies to enhance connectivity and mobility across Puerto Rico's northern and metropolitan regions—including demographic and economic analysis aligned with the Long-Range Transportation Plan.
Micromobility Route Design
Developed Complete Streets-based design recommendations for selected corridors, identifying improvements that promote safer and more inclusive spaces for pedestrians and cyclists.
Bikeshare Service Pilot
Evaluated opportunities for a bikeshare program in Puerto Rico's northern and metropolitan regions—including station siting analysis, preliminary cost estimates, and implementation recommendations.
Bus Network Improvement Study (Technical Specifications)
Defined the scope and technical requirements for a Bus Network Analysis, developing detailed RFP specifications and engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with planning best practices.
Micromobility Program
Established a structured approach for integrating bicycles and scooters into the metropolitan transportation network, with short, medium, and long-term implementation strategies.
